How to Order

CREDIT CARD: Click on the "add to cart" button on any product in stock in our shop section. You'll be linked to our PayPal website, BUT you don't have to have a PayPal account to use our checkout. Once you've completed your shopping, click on the "Checkout with PayPal" button. Then click the "Don't Have a Pay Pal Account?" option on the lower left side of the page and follow directions from there.

CHECKS AND MONEY ORDERS: If you prefer to pay by check or money order, contact us. Tell us what you want, and we'll send you an invoice. We'll also hold the item(s) you want for ten days while we anxiously await payment. If you're paying by personal check, add a few extra days for your check to clear. Make checks payable to M.P. Baldauf.

VIA PAY PAL: If you're a frequent online shopper, you probably already have a PayPal account. Just log on to PayPal from the order form and go from there. Click here to learn more about PayPal.

Shipping

Unless you request otherwise, we ship USPS standard mail, but if you're in a hurry, we can send rush orders for an additional fee. Should you order a large quantity of extremely heavy items, we may have to charge you an additional amount to cover shipping. For information on other shipping methods and/or international shipping rates, please e-mail us.

Return Policy

Returns are accepted within ten days of the date the order is received. Items must be returned unused and in original condition. Unless the item is damaged, the person returning the merchandise is responsible for return shipping.
